LOL! I was thinking just the same.... that´s definitelly Rolf´s thread.

The old Case red bone really is fantastic. I'm attracted to red for whatever reason and wish I had more than my one example, but it is a pretty good one with deep red colors and lighter shades near the edges.

Absolutely stunning knives, and beautiful shots to show those magnificent knives.

Heres a few of my reds...

Same Old Timer - different shot...

Case red is right up the top with such such as Peachseed, Stag, Ebony, just a Bone that still gets me lost whenever I handle these beautiful Red Bone Case Vintages of mine......

No longer mine-was part of a give-away...

Another Red Bone no longer mine - gifted in a give-away....

My latest Red Bone, 60's H.Williams Schrade Old Timer, a stunning knife.....

This one is really dark pocket worn red. Dropped it right after this pic and dinged the brand new bolster:grumpy:. Guess I'll keep it.

Wow Mike - you have some lovlies in there my friend - simply beautiful!
Turk, I loved that Red Bone Trapper as soon as I laid eyes on it.
Doug - thank you so much Sir, and your shots of your knives are just always such a pleasure to look at! - thank you.

Duncan,

I was hoping the driftwood background would make an appearance, complete with your beauties. Thanks!

Mike: wow, all over again, especially for the above two. Is the second knife a Peanut, or a larger knife with the same proportions?

Reminds me of one of my favorite photos and it happens to be a knife with red covers...

Seeing my three red knives together, I'm reminded that in addition to their color, they have something else in common that gives them a very special place in my selection.
