Having another Hammer Inn and all invited. It is at my house and I have a nice big shop and overhang where my power hammer, forge and press are and they will all be running. We like newbies, pros, collectors and just folks who enjoy knives. It is a Saturday and Sunday event and we will have some form of BBQ on Sat. with leftovers on Sunday. There will be forging demo's and Damascus making with discussions on construction methods, grinding and heat treating. Come one and all and do some hammering.

Drinks and chips would be nic. Charlie, hope you make it safe and sound, that goes for all.
 
I'll double check my calendar to make sure I can be there for Saturday if nothing else.

Since I missed the last one I'm really anxious to make this one and see everybody. Even you Andy. LOL
 
I noticed "newbies" in there. I've been doing nothing but stock removal and I definitely not an expert at that let alone forging. Is it OK for guys like me to attend? I've been wanting to transition to forging so bad and living in Baton Rouge I was excited to see this in my neck of the woods.

Where's the love Darrin?? You better make it this time or I'm bringing my bad attitude down to Larto - trust me - ya don't want that... You and cousin Charlie were sorely missed last round.

Woo-hoo!!! I'll be bringing some kind of food, either to cook there or already cooked from the house.
 
And Clive, as a fellow newbie, I can say it's awesome. Well worth your drive up.
 
I hear ya Stalbot. Pending work schedule Im definitely going to make it up there. is there a particular time it kicks off on Saturday?
 
Live in the Jennings area and would like to attend if my wife is off that day. Unfortunately as an Area Manager for the Lions Den it's hard to plan outings as one never knows when she may have to fill in for someone that has called off.
