As an update guys the knife went out Monday. It was sent to dsmxi's home address as he requested. All I can say is it's a very nice knife.

Well, just got home and got to take a good look at the knife. Initial impressions: Wow, it's heavy....a very MANLY heavy. =) I'm going to attack some sticks and hammer a few cinder blocks with it, take pictures of the aftermath, and send it off this Monday. =) In all seriousness, this is a very well made knife, and I'll post some pictures of it as soon as I can.

Don't worry, I still have the lanyard. =) That's one thing I've noticed though, the lanyard get's in the way of grip changes, etc. It just cuts down on mobility, so I just removed the lanyard for now.
 
Alright, I was just wondering...

I thought the lanyard helped a lot for retention purposes, but I do agree, it makes it harder to change grips.

The leg tie on the sheath works very nicely though! I actually walked around the Circus Circus with the Green Beret on my belt and strapped to my leg! It drew some stares and even one question about legality! lol! :eek:
 
Yeap, Just double checked and it looks like everyone got there time. So is the raffle Monday afternoon?????? It's funny, the Sng and the Green Beret went out on the same day from me, the number two slot. The Green Beret is through and ready to raffle (went threw 6 people after me) and the Sng has several people to go (Only went through 3 people after me so far) :) Good luck to all on this one
 
Well, I suppose it depends on what you guys want to do. I'm going to send the knife off on Monday back to Steven, or if you want, we can do the raffle on Monday and I'll ship it to whoever wins. Either way, I'm going to be shipping it on Monday.
 
I figure we can do the same, you choose if you win thing like with the Sebenza raffle if thats fine with everyone else :)
