Ok, I will just start this out by saying that this is one REALLY nice Fixed Blade!!! I will post a more indepth review in a day or two. After seeing this I am extremely happy we got this on off the ground!!!

I haven't had much chance to use this bad boy, but I haven't been able to stop fondling it. I will post some pics tomorrow.

:o Still need to take a few pictures. I will ship her out on Thursday. So far I have been in the Surefire and Sebenza raffle with no luck. So maybe this one will come back to me:)

Here is a pic for ya. She is off in the mail tomorrow:(

Nice Pic. Can't wait for my turn to get my mitts on it. Patience is a virtue after all. (If I say it enough I might just believe it :) )

Ok, it's on its way to you DaveH. Lets see, where to begin. The knife came to me at the same time I recieved the Sng as well as some personal knives, custom and other. So my attention was really divided on this one. I didn't really get much of a chance to use it. I did some chopping and slashing with it and it held up great with no show of wear. I LOVE the handle material and must know exactly what it is. I feels great in your hand and the full tang construction is very smooth. The serrations are very diffrent on this one and are in a small enough area to do there job and stay out of the way. The sheath is nice and holds it very secure. Thats about all from this end. I hope it comes back. Good luck all and I look forward to some reviews when it gets some harder use.

Good to know it didn't show wear. The coating is really the only thing I worry about on that knife.

BTW, the handles are made from green canvas micarta.

I recieved it this afternoon (Saturday).

First impressions:

- It's large.

- It makes the wife uncomfortable. (Or maybe that was because I was grinning and waving it around in the air)

- It feels much better balanced than I thought it would. By contrast the Mountaneir (sp?) I have is fairly blade heavy.

- The grip is way more comfortable than the round knurl.

You just can't help but wave it around, can you? hehe :D

Knife sent today to Imalterna.

This is the only knife that makes we want to pump iron so that I could use it properly. Or better use it so that it's qualities could really be observed.

This is a way nice knife, I don't really have a need for one, but I hope I win it. :p

I love the hand grip though it might be slightly too big for me, I wish CR would do other fixed blades with this kind of handle.
