Very Nice! Will the Kydex work with Tek-Lock (Either standard or mini) or is it to be used only as a neck knife?

On October the 8th I paid you for one of these knives and I have not received it. You keep telling me it's on its way and you need more time. Two months have past and no knife. You should not be allowed to sell out here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
