...With my old Farmer and a model 5WR Vise-Grip plier there isn't a lot that I can't fix. That combination is more useful than most of the pliers-based multi-tools sold, in my opinion. Look at the Vise-Grip line and think about it some. There is also a model 4WR, but it's just a little too small for my tastes. The number indicates the length in inches, the W means it has a wire cutter in the design, and the R means it has rounded jaws, as opposed to straight jaws. Speaking from long experience with them, I believe that the WR Vise-Grips are the most useful type generally.
Yeah i always just click enter forums. But today apparently i really was not logged in because i had no access to "my fusion" or the search engine. So i tried to login and it wouldn't let me. So i did the temporary password request. It sent me the temp password i used it but again it didn't want to let me in.Please forgive the noob response here, but I suffered from confusion at knifeforums too. When I log in, it takes me to a login page (??!!?). I found that if I just click on the "Forums" button at the top, I'm actually in, even though the login page would suggest there was something wrong with my ID or password.
I hope that helps, but if I'm teaching you to suck eggs, my humble apologies.![]()
Cool, no rush. Just curious.we work on the alox version, needs time, the starting basis will be the oht pe sg and for me quality is more important than fast delivery and money.
