Um, Todd. It's supposed to be "you're" as in you are. Your is possessive, like "I lit your truck on fire because I got sick of listening to your bullshit." Lol. Brilliant might not be the most accurate term.![]()
Thought you guys might appreciate this...... as most of you know. Murph is here a lot. He spends a lot of time sitting at the saw cutting out blanks for me. During this time I'm trying to get other knife making duties done. Well, Murph likes to be chatty, and usually talks as he cuts. I think I just figured out a way to increase production. I permanently stuck my most common response to his drivel right there on the saw where he can see it. Man I'm brilliant! Now I dont even have to listen to his bullshit and he can just work![]()
SNARK!

Yup. just talked to sears. They told me to bring it in tomorrow and they will process the refund, that will take 3-5 days to clear, then i have to order a new one because none of the local stores have them in stock... But as a token of their apology they will give me free 1 day delivery.... Yea ok so what the 1 day delivery only cost me 3.99
So first i have to go to a kinkos so i cant print out the original receipt so i can return it, then i have to drive 20 minutes one way to sears to return it, then wait up to 5 days to order a new one..... and then i save 3.99![]()
WW, I took my first one back as well; the wheels were not "in plane" with one another. To get the belt to sit on the bottom wheel ended up hanging off the outside of the top wheel. Same prob with the second one, just not as bad. Probably could do something with the mounting block for the top tracking wheel, but I'm ok with it now. Been running a lot of 1" belts so not as much of a concern, but still with a 2" belt, tracking properly on the bottom wheel so it doesn't rub against the inside, hangs off the top wheel about a ¼". if the outside guard were ever on, it'd rub. Give me a call if'n you want; you still got my number, right?Well that settles it.
Ill be wiping this one down and boxing it up. Sucks they dont have them in stock for more than 50 miles but i dont want to be stuck with a dud.
Thanks guys

Sucks about your grinder WW. Probably could be fixed with a couple of redneck adjustments but that would void the warranty and you shouldn't have to do that on a new item. I agree with everyone else. Best return it and get a new one.
Good thing I didn't try to call ya, WW.....I've got a 215 number....

Today was a pretty good day, finally got below 80 degrees here so I sat out on the porch and enjoyed the weather.
Also had brand new USMC 1/4 zip polartec pullover and an Army assault pack waiting for me when I got home from school,
