SJTAC vs. Hellrazor?

Recondo,

I never owned a SJTAC, but I just bought back my HR w/ mags and a sheath from Morimotom. I should have never sold it in the first place and i am very glad that Mark was nice enough to sell it back to me at a reasonable price. IMO the HR (maybe, second only to the SFNO) is the best all purpose Busse...
My advice, get what ever you can now as time is an issue, but definitely keep an eye out for an HR with mags!

OK,
I just sent payment on the SJTAC. It is mint cond. Tan/w Black Paper. It comes with a brand new Spec-Ops brand Survival nylon sheath. All Pay-Pal fee's and Priority Mail shipping w/insur. $350.00 was this a good deal?
Thanks!

Yes, with sheath, that was a good deal. I've seen them without sheaths go for more than that.

Recon- to bad you jumped on that so fast and to bad for me I didn't see it sooner. I have a SJTAC that's been to the sandbox once already and we could've made a hell of a deal on it. As a former SERE instructor at Bragg I HIGHLY recommend the SJTAC. The HR would be great also but would be my 2d choice in your situation.
Good luck and God speed. Remember to be friendly to all you meet but be prepared to kill them immediately if need be.

BTW nice patch. All we got was a piece of paper in front of "Bronze Bruce":D

Nope. We already know. Search "Embrace The Suck"... :)
You bumped a thread from 2007. ;)

Wow. I just now figured out the story. Unbelievable, I totally stumbled upon it while searching out some info on a SJTAC I saw for sale and thought it was just an old cliffhanger thread and bumped it to see how it worked out, wow, great story, and my apologies for zombieing the thread.

Read every post. An oldie, but goodie. Thanks for the entertainment, and knowledge. I have both types of B'kin, and the SJTAC fits me better. USN...GMG2...USS Coral Sea..."The Gulf"...1980. Oh, the max range on that 5"/54 DP? Just under 14 miles. Keep the faith, fighters against evil.

A SJTAC 'Embrace the Suck' is next to my bed at night ... and I own a whole lot of Busse knives. The SJTAC is the one to grab when you need a fast, strong knife -- short enough to be quick, long and strong enough to get the job done. Superb for defense and damn good in the kitchen or while camping. Wish I had an LE -- Jerry??

Agreed. SJTac is the go to knife when needed. The Le's are super nice .
