Sk-4.7!!!

AWESOME FIND!!!!!

I'm getting one of these. End of story. Will these get going after the 10's and 4.5's???

Blade material TBA

That is totally not cool! I might take back everything nice I said about S!K if that doesn't change soon.

Gotta wait for the protos to be sent out and reviewed first! Not sure how long that whole process will go. Also I'm wondering if the prototypes will be ready to ship in January.

1095 maybe ?

I saw on Facebook a few months ago that Guy said it is a steel that isn't talked about too much, but he hoped to change that. Guy's designs and his commitment to quality speak for themselves, but I think his choice of materials has helped set him apart. I wonder how S! 1095 would sell since it is so common.

Very cool. To be honest though, I expected the price difference between the two lines to greater. I think Survive! offers one of the best bangs for the buck out there already. I don't know if a $20 savings would entice me to try a "lesser" model.

I thought there might be a little more difference as well, but maybe the new steel is better or more costly than S7. Another bonus could be quicker turn around or wider availability.

We have some plans to drop that price a bit but we need more time to R&D materials. Right now everything is the same except the steel and the number of options. Guy also warned me that he wasn't going to make it easy since he doesn't see the SK Series as being anything less than the GSOs as far as being capable. The materials will still be good.

That sounds great and I know I care about the quality more than anything. I also know anything you guys put the "Survive!"name on will be rocking!

Thanks Ellie!
