I got an email today with a short video and specs on this knife! I will be getting one for sure, anyone else looking forward to this one?
 
I got the email and watched the video. I believe he dubbed it "The Goodfella". Looks like a nice knife and upgraded steel helps.

To add: It is really cool that this is happening so close to getting the forum knife ordered. I expected a bit of time in between (not sure why really, it just made sense to me).
 
The burlap micarta is very striking.

The problem for me is forum knife plus 3-30th BCCI Anniversary knives plus annual BCCI knife and now this one!!
 
I love the 501 and this one is really special. I hope it is still available when I am able to scrounge the funds (anniversary is coming up so money has to go in that direction.).

I agree. It is classy looking knife and a memorable one. It can be engraved too. Plus the 501 is probably the perfect size for a man or a woman.

What you do is “borrow” her credit card (preferably over night while she sleeps), buy it, and ship it home to you.
Then when you get it, make a really big deal about how much you love it and thank her repeatedly for getting it for you.
She’ll think she was sleep-shopping and won’t want to admit it and you’ll be off the hook!
Works for me!!
 
^^ LOL, that might work against you when she winds up with a $200 pair of shoes, etc. and says oh sorry honey I must have been sleep shopping.

The congregation was sitting in the pews waiting for the service to begin.
Suddenly there is a really loud "POP" up front. Standing at the podeum is the Devil!
Well!!! There is a mad scrambling as everyone stampeeds to the exits to get away from God's number one sworn enemy!
Devil looks at his stopwatch and thinks to himself "not bad ... only 2.8 seconds to empty the place ..."
Then he notices an old guy sitting in the rear, calmly reading the church bulletin.
Devil walks over to him, clears his throat, and says
"Excuse me, but do you know who I am?" (Devil can be polite, if he wants to be.)
Old man glances up at him and says "Yep." and goes back to reading the bulletin.
Devil says
"Umm ... You know who I am, and your not afraid of me?"
Old man says "Nope."
Devil says
"You do realize I can kill you with a thought, torture you throughout eternity, remind you of every mistake, bad idea, and wrong choices you've had, emasculate you hourly, and pretty much make you wish you never existed ... right?
Old man lays the bulletin down, and says "Don't doubt it at all."
Devill says "And yet you're still not afraid of me?"
Old man says "Nope. Not even a little bit."
Devil is getting upset now and yells
"WHY ARN'T YOU AFRAID OF ME?!?"
Old man laughs as he picks up the church bulletin, and says ...
"Dude, I've been married to your older sister for 60 years!"

Fortunately, you're married to a sweet little angel that never yells, and never gets gets upset, angry or violent. Not one of the devil's sisters. :)

Looks great, but a bit smaller than I carry. If it were a 500 or 112 in the same flavor I’d be all over it!
 
If these are still available and I have the cash lying around when this drops, I'll definitely pick one up. These are so nice. SK Blades is making knives I've been wanting for a while, first the forum knife now this.
