Its a tool dip that is designed to insulate and provide a cushioned grip for tools like hammers and screw drivers, pliers that sort of thing.

Works really well and seals the handle nicely. Might not hold up to a autoclave but a dishwasher will be no problem.

I am going to by a can of yellow for the SAR5 I modded.
