I saw 2 knives tonight... The folder he used for some in-house surgery and the fixed for some traditional work. I'm not experienced enough to glance at knives and know what they are. Anyone with educated guesses?

No speculation is necessary. Bond is known to carry a flat throwing knife concealed in his briefcase... along with 20 rounds of ammunition, 50 gold souverns, a tear gas canister... oh, and an AR-15 folding sniper's riffle. It's a standard kit issued to all double-0 personnel.
