SkyRocket22 - Customer Complaint

Had him do my dua and link and couldn't be happier work and customer service was a++++ all the way.
 
Geez, I feel bad for the OP for having to deal with that guy. There's always that 1% that mucks everything up.

Clearly though, his customer does not agree and all I can think is he took offence at the comment about not liking the S30V steel on his knives.

Things seem to have gone downhill from that moment on. Maybe too much information?
 
1+ for customer service, Bryce received three of my knive last Friday and had them comming back Monday, great service and nice edges on all of them, Thank you Bryce!
 
I have spoken with Bryce a little bit through PMs here, and after reading this thread, I'm just shaking my head. It's made me sure of one thing, though: I need to hurry up and get that knife we discussed sent to him before he gets stacked up with all the new business he's going to receive from this thread!

A professional service provider like him, that's good people, and exactly what Bladeforums needs to keep around. Bryce, I'll try to get it sorted out next week, brother! :thumbup:

That guy just seems like one of those people who flips out over tiny stuff. I'd basically ignore him from this point forward.

Spoke with Bryce a few times......it's obvious who gets ignored here.......and got to know him from the pay it forward thread. Great guy.
I sent him a bunch of dull blades recently and can't wait to get them back!!
Another great service provider here on the forum that should be well supported!!

If this guy wasn't happy with Bryce, I don't think anyone can satisfy him.......ignore.
