Okay so I guess what I"m thinking here is the leather isn't folded over, it's 2 pieces sewn together. and then there is the 4 holes that I drew where I could string paracord through. and then the loop you see at the top would be a strap, with clips like these, that clip to D rings like these that are attached to the back of the sheath somehow. like a purse. For when you're wearing a dress. Not that anyone can really relate to that, but it'd be handy. Then you have a clip on the back, sorta like this for when you're wearing pants, but not a belt for some reason. which is something I do a lot.

I have mixed feelings about the holes for the paracord, but it'd be kinda cool to have them so you could strap the sheath to something if you wanted, or just string some paracord to have spare stuff. I think this would be a good bk15 or 10 sheath. does that make sense at all sky?

Some cool designs and tough competition, but I feel strongly that this is a great sheath design, simple, and useful.
I added a bit of your signature flair in there for you! What do you guys think. Hand drawn to scale! And of course, my trusty BK2 in there for good measure.
Thanks for the chance.

You got it. I love leather work, that would be a good time man. I have one of your scout sheaths, you make a really solid product IMHO.

Here's my idea:
A kukri style sheath for a BK9. The front edge of the sheath is open and the knife is held in place by a strap near the handle.

The knife for the sheath is shown in the paper mock-up at the right of the picture.

This is for a Crewman. When I get home I will edit with the picture of the 10.

Yes that is a MOLLE strap.

It ain't done yet, I still want to add a firesteel loop and altoid pouch, but in case I don't get time, I at least want to post up what I have.

I am having a really hard time envisioning this, Though I can understand the need that you are talking about. Kind of a sling pouch with a belt clip is what I am thinking? Have to think on this one a bit.
