yeah. like I said, drawing is not my greatest skill. Like a sheath purse. with a belt clip that will work without a belt.

pretty self-explanatory, one of your fine belts with a 13 sheath inside it like a money belt, I would place it in the middle, so it would ride in small of back, in reach of either hand. The exposed handle of the 13 would be INside, not on the outside (non-visible)

This one is a leather shoulder holster set-up designed to use your scout sheath, only the sheath would be made edge-down, the opposite of how my sheath is made. The scout belt-loops would feed thru slots in the shoulder harness, so it would hang in the normal arm-pit location of a gun shoulder-holster. Either right or left side. The sheath could also be snapped off and used as a normal belt holster if needed, horizontally on the left hip, for a right-handed crossdraw.

In a perfect world it would also be designed to take a GLOCK holster of your make/design that had the same style Scout loops, so I could hang a pistol under my left arm and a 17/16 under my right if I so chose. Or just the pistol, or just the knife...or I could have one or the other on my belt if I didn't want to wear the shoulder harness that day
 
So when does this end exactly? I'm jittery and really want to see if my idea of a strop on the front has any merit to it! The rest has been done before, but the strop idea is my own original (as far as I know).
 
I am going to let this run until sunday, I have had a couple people asking me to delay it until the weekend. Since I am such a genius to end it on a thursday when people are working I agreed.

Okidokie! I'll just sit through 2 1/2 presentations on being an effective leader, youth protection, and everything else I've been trained in 20 times thinking about this contest, all weekend long. But honestly, that was probably a smart move. :p

If I somehow win, don't expect a PM until Monday, I'm gonna be at camp until 4:30 Sunday afternoon, and without internet until I get home at an ungodly hour Sunday night.

Captain's sheath is cool, boot clips aren't used enough for the little knives anymore, IMO.

Congrats, some really nice designs! wasatchdan, I gotta say, I like the ease of use on that sheath. Cap'n, well, your sheath and drawings are far better than mine, IMHO.

P.S. Sky, at some point after I start getting pay checks (next few weeks) you and I are gonna start talking about some shape of leather.

Well done! congrats guys. Wasatchdan, I really liked the simple lines to yours, very cool. Oh and my GF really liked the ideas of Airyca's, the sheath over a dress thing appealed to her lol. Unfortunately I just couldn't find time to sit down and properly plan something out, I sketched a couple ideas, but nothing that could have touched what was shown here. Great work guys, we have some creative minds here!
