Yes Vaughan & Bushnell is the manufacturer of Blue point hammers, at least they are now.
Yeah I thought so, their heads, handles and stickers look identical.
Yes I knew that as I bought it off a local snap on truck when I was young and foolish.
I’m still foolish, just not as young anymore, lol

Always good to have a non-sparking hammer. Seems they didn't put a lot of thought into casting that one. Just a rectangular lump of silicon bronze with an eye hole.

And I feel the need to repeat my warnings about working with 'bronze'. There are different types that are hard to differentiate. And some of them are toxic when finely ground or heated. Some are alloyed with zinc or lead.
