I pulled in this evening and saw my neighbor trying to fold a 20’x20’ tarp and stopped to help him. Two people always fold a tighter tarp. He handed this to me. I figure it’s a toy?

You can just see the great quality in that Vaughan produced head.

Is there a brand on the straight claw hammer?

Looks a lot like a Vaughan 999 to me, I've got a 50's-ish Craftsman they produced and you can ee the quality of the steel in the hardened areas of the claws and the face just as you can in this hammer.

I love blue Point hammers! I recently picked up a 48 oz no name on its original handle. I had to bring it home, that’s pretty big for a ball peen I think.
