Slipjoint-Knife-Knives needs loving new EDC owner!

I like cool stuff, and that is beyond cool :thumbup: Now for the big question, What the heck is it? I see Rolls Royce on the side of the frame :cool:

Well it says Trent 1000 so my guess is it is destined for the new 787 Dreamliner....

Here's me, overlooking Blackwater Falls.

Beverage? Hmmm... Kosher Pepsi or Mountain Dew, or a root beer from a small shop in Williamsburg, VA. Incredible stuff. :D

And, a quote. It was included in the dedication of my Master's thesis.

“Cause when push comes to shove
You taste what you’re made of
You might bend ‘til you break
Cause it’s all you can take
On your knees you look up
Decide you’ve had enough
You get mad, you get strong
Wipe your hands, shake it off
Then you stand.”
- Stand, Rascal Flatts

That picture of Frank was the one that got him busted for selling off trade secrets. His early retirement plans were foiled. LOL

Here's a pic of me playing guitar at a barbeque held in Ted Nugent's honor...

Well, I've been digging in my pics for two days trying to find a more recent one of me. (I'm not about to take one now, with all thats going on lately with Dad in hospital, I look like death warmed up..) But, couldn't pass up participating in this thread, seeing all you guys. So, this one from summer 08 is as close as I came- I'm a bit thinner now, and the hat is now a big black Stetson.. otherwise, thats all 6' 3" 250ish pounds of me.

I doubt I could pick a single favorite quote, I have so many, but this one ranks in the top 3 or 4;

Let me sigh upon a reed, or in the woods, with leafy din, whisper the still evening in. ~Henry David Thoreau 1817-1862

And as for favorite drink, alcoholic is Jose Quervo Traditional tequila
and non alcoholic is Oolong tea, and my current of them is an African one I have from Kenya.

Thanks for the cool thread and the chance Anthony! :thumbup::thumbup:

...Nobody was DQ'd for anything and everyone who posted has a shot. ...
That's good to hear, my friend, because I have wanted to post and say just how cool a thread this turned out to be but I didn't want to be DQ'd for posting twice. ;)

No matter who gets the booty, I feel the Traditional Forum as a whole is the ultimate winner here by being brought just a little bit closer through your brilliant idea of posting our pics.

Thanks again, Anthony. :thumbup::cool::)

And good luck to all!
