HI all,

I have a new alox sak farmer (no box) i would like to trade for a case peanut. I am pretty open to either stainless or CV and used it not a problem, but please no blade play.

Thanks and have a great day,
Brett

No takers on these? Are the price differences way out of whack or is it people don't trust me on this?If it is the first case someone let me know, if it's the second case someone let me know and I'll leave the forums.

Navihawk, I'm sure it's nothin personal. I know for me, i like the Case Stockman and Peanut, but i do not have the knives you requested. So i didn't bother making an offer.

Hi Brett,
I have a few Case peanuts. Perhaps we could have us a trade? Please email me at veritas_group@bellsouth.net with some photo's of the alox sak Farmer if you are interested. And, in return I'll do the same..

Thanx,
Anthony

Hello navihawk,

I am sure its not a trust issue.. Which brings up the price point of the knives you desire. Pup's 1902 lists for $155.00 if memory serves. Although I have seen them go on eBay for just very slightly less than that from time to time. The S&M Gunstock stock knife is $74.00.

My guess would be that the last older Case XX red bone 2 blade stock knife you have in post #451 is right on par with the S&M's value..

Good Luck in any event!!

Anthony

Hey here's some Case knives I'd like to swap. I am looking for Case 6292, Case 5232, 6232, or 52032/62032's and case bone trappers of similar vintage & condition - preferably red bone.

All these are clean, unsharpened unused, and no problems unless noted - some may have some blade rub or a pepper spot here and there. All have snap and no loose blades.

7 dot red bone 62055 Cigar Jack

6 dot 6231 1/2 delrin

4 dot 06247PEN delrin - been sharpened, but not used.

9 dot 6231 1/2 with super nice red bone.

5 dot red bone muskrat - one blade has a little play, but not much.

6 dot 63047 stockman w/ muskrat clip blade. nice red bone

I also have a 6 dot 1984 green bone 6347 stockman.

Hi Anthony,

I don't have the farmer anymore, but I do have a SAK Wenger SI with a really neat leather slipcase made by a SOSAK member. I would be interested in trading that for one of your peanuts.

Do let me know and my email is bdws1975@gmail.com
