I just got this in the other day as a warranty replacement for another F&W knife that was out of production. I like it but not enough to keep it. I made a few slices on some newspaper to check the edge. Other than that it has not been carried or used, just handled and inspected.
4 1/4 closed, ATS34 blade, nickel silver bolsters, brass liners, Morning Ash worm groove bone scales.
The walk and talk is solid and there is a half stop. Spring is about a 6 out of 10 with good snap. The blade can be pinched open pretty easily. The edge would need some work to get shaving sharp. There are a few cosmetic/finish issues. The back half of the nail pull has some light discoloration, there is a gap between the spring and the back of the blade in the open position, and the grind at the kick is not even on both sides. I have shown all of these items in the pictures below. Original box included.

In return I would be primarily interested in the following
> GEC #61 Half Congress with 440C blades
> GEC #53 Furtaker with 440C blades (trapper or muskrat setup are both fine)
> GEC #72 Lockback (either clip or wharncliffe blade)

I have a Schatt & Morgan Mountain Man in crimson. This knife is smooth! New with box. I'm looking for a Northwoods Indian Jack. I'd consider trading another knife for the Indian Jack if there's something in particular you might be looking for. I'll post some pics later today.

890T Blazer Olt Timer looking for a case swayback in cv or other case knives in cv. This knife is new in the box with paper work. The box is in decent shape. Will consider traditional fixed blades also.

Looking to trade 3 knives, Victorinox Bantam has been carried and used a handful of times but is in overall good condition . Second is a Buck 303 Has also been carried and used a handful of times but in overall good condition (some scratches on the bolsters from carry). Third is a boker Magnum I believe it is a padre, Overall good condition blade could use a good sharpening. Would like to combine all three knives for a single blade slippie have other trade interest but in respect for the rules those are posted in the other trade section. I've a Boker Argentina sodbuster in stainless and wood kicking around that could use a home. Good snap, unused, factory edge for your personalization.
What I'd like to try out is the Rough Rider big whittler, under any of its guises. It's a 4 1/2" cigar whittler, I've seen it under Marble's, RR and some other marks. Handle material largely unimportant, stag bone a plus, lightly used okay.
