Padauk with Ebony stripes wood handle sanded to 2000 grit then rubbed with food grade butcher block oil
File work on spine of blade
Chisel grind with secondary bevel makes for easy sharpening and honing. Edge Sharpens on one side only then is polished both sides on a strop for an easy to maintain and very sharp edge.
Heat treating done with a digital oven and quench in fast oil then 3 tempering cycles
Custom molded Holstex (Kydex) leather pattern belt sheath
Tempering colors left on the blade. It has purple and amber colors mixed and swirled (there are a few small black spots on the back side of the blade)
Flared copper tubing handle pins ensure handles stay firmly attached
