One without a choil = CABS (Choiless Anorexic BOSS Street):thumbup:
And one with a choil = SCABS (Small Choiled Anorexic BOSS Street):thumbup:

We have made some design tweeks to the Anorexic BOSS Street LEs.
First, we are going with a full-height flat grind in order to offer the very best geometry for a thin bladed slicer!!!!
Second, we will be offering 3 different choil options to fit everyone's tastes.
CABS == Choiless Anorexic BOSS Street
SCABS == Small Choiled Anorexic BOSS Street
LCABS == Large Choiled Anorexic BOSS Street
Third, we will have these up on our website within the next 7 days!
