Falkniven F1 fits those specs perfectly. I’m surprised no one else has recommended it already.
I'll be honest, I had an F1 and I hated it. The blade stock is way too thick for how small it is, the blade itself is ground convex but is insanely thick behind the edge making it an awful slicer. It seems suited to it's original intent: a pilot's emergency knife, where you might have to bash through a window or use it to twist and pry through metal. It's probably top notch at those kinds of tasks... but taking one on a canoe trip really exposed it's shortcomings when used as a EDC knife. The steel is also... not ideal. The base vg-10 doesn't really hold it's screaming sharp edge for very long, despite being easy to sharpen. 3G is better, but you'd think that for the price they charge on the 3G model, they could afford to offer it in a tool steel like cruwear or 3v, drop the thickness due to the inherent toughness of those two steels, and create an overall better cutting tool with the same toughness.

For customs I would also recommend Alex Harrison of Night Watch Knives. His books are open and only a couple months out, and a knife like this is probably <$400 (it was $325 virtual table price when he was at Blade Texas). This is his "La Chingona" model. Many of his knife designs are pretty small.

I also scored a Tactical Pterodactyl Raptor in Magnacut on Wednesday and hope I'll be able to positively recommend that little beast as well.

Did you find a knife, yet?
If not, I think I might have just the thing.
Chunky, stout, on the small side (for a chunky, stout knife). If I wake up early enough, and remember - I'll post an image or two, later. If I miss on one of those, I'll shoot for tomorrow

Give David Mary a call, and discuss your needs... he can build you EXACTLY what you want!

I just posted this in the EDC thread. I carried this little fixed blade today. It's pretty much the perfect size for a regular EDC fixed blade that can go pretty much anywhere. The ergonomics are excellent and I love this blade shape.

Check out David Mary David Mary 's sub-forum here to see what he is working on lately. This one wasn't made specifically for me. I just saw it there and knew it would be good, so I reached out.
