I posted that and then realized there were two :o Actually, the harpoon was the one I was asking about. Never seen one.

 give bryan breeden a chance with your order & you won't regret it ! If a custom is not what you want then check out the Mora or ColdSteel Canadian Belt knife or ColdSteel RoachBelly both are Awsome for the $ ;)

SMKWs has some Camillus made in the USA for sale. I just purchased one for 12.00 and It came with a leather sheath. It looks like an Sharade sharpfinger except for the black handles. Same size and everything. 7 and 1/2 total length with a 3 inch blade. I love mine.

What are the two knives at the bottom of the stump? The orange one and the darker one to the upper right of it?

Any word on this one from AG Russell? It's certainly cheap, and I like the design.

The Woodswalker is a great little knife for the money. Get the kydex sheath option for sure. My wife carries one every day for a fruit knife. You can get the Woodswalker now while you try to decide which of the other fine blades mentioned in this thread to get next. :D

Mike,
What's the one just below 9:00?
The one about 175 degrees from the LC.
I don't think I have seen tha one and it intrigues me.

Funny I did exactly that last night. I bought two woodswalkers with kydex sheaths. They may or may not be what I'm looking for, but I read some favorable reviews and for $10 each, I couldn't say no.

I'll keep poking around while they are on order and give them a try once I get them. If it isn't what I'm looking for I will order something different.

Provided I can get a good edge on the AUS8 steel (not generally a fan of AUS8), these may work out great for me.

I have a Woodswalker and like it a lot, it's my favorite neck knife. I have it set up right now with a small teclock to ride on my camalback daypack.

which one..?? the one with the osage scales is a bird and trout and the one below that is a scaleless pocket hiker, wrapped with waxed thread, both made by matt from ML knives...

the one below those 2 is a spear point with black micarta scales, made by john t wylie, out of NV...:D

Found it!!

I'm working with BFC member Stomper to make me one of his Hiker's Backups (the clip point model) with no handle material. I plan to do my own 550 wrap. I'm excited, it's about exactly what I had in my head for a knife.

Will do. John has been great to work with so far. I've opted for a 3" blade (2 3/4" pictured). It will be getting a belt sheath and I will be playing with handle wrapping designs once I get it in. He is putting holes in the handle where I requested them which will leave me with a lot of possibilities for different wraps.

I will definitely keep this post updated.

I have a hiking/camping/hunting trip planned for later this year, I will hopefully be able to provide some in-use pics of this blade then too. Squirrel and rabbit are the target... :)

Hey if you guys keep ordering knives from Stomper he'll never get mine done. :grumpy:

Just kidding. He said it would be done this weekend. Hopefully I'll have it in a week or so. :D

It is one of his more unusual designs. I don't want to be like everyone else. ;)

Yours has been started this morning, you will have it in time for your birthday, which is the same as mine. Party!!!

That sounds awesome! John is the man. I have a few of his and they are my favorite knives. I am a HUGE fan of his work, and he is one of the greatest dudes to deal with. I look forward to pics of your wrapped HB!
