Moki knife.....

man, they just so pretty with all the gem and pearl.
i would give the best bet for Feminine Folder

Moki knife packaging is the best packaging design i have ever seen. Its a total head to toe great work of art & design.

with that much of design, moki, doesn't come 75 under.....but chicks will totally dig with that.
Moki is very good quality too.

My some thoughts of Small and pretty......near budget.

or you give a Spyderco Polliwog, she will say

"oh~ This knife is so cute!!!" (down point.....very wide closed to fit in pocket in my opinion. but ladies do carry purse)

or C.R.K.T. Montana Gentleman
they market as "gentleman" folder.....to me, the design looks more "Feminine" Folder. gold and black....pretty
C.R.K.T. Snap Fire is under pretty section too.

Kershaw Baby Boa, Mini Mojo.....with assist open. Very nice.
 
Nobody has suggested the Spyderco Kiwi?!?!? C'mon, you can get the SS version and its nice. Good steel too, and don't let the blade size fool you. It'll do bigger jobs. I would say my first three choices would be (and all spyderco)

SS Kiwi
SS Scorpius
Polliwog

I mean, you could go with a red/fushia Salsa even, but I'd go with the above.
