Small thin locking folder?

I’m looking for a relatively inexpensive ($40 max) small locking folder to use as a fishing knife. I would like it to have a relatively thin blade (like the big clip blade on a stockman) 2-2.5” that locks. Preferably it would have a lanyard hole because I would like to wear it around my neck to use for cutting lines. It doesn’t need to be any sort of super steel, but stainless would be preferred because it would definitely be getting wet.

Edit: one-hand opening would be nice.

AG Russell Simple 3" Lockback. 2.5" 8Cr13MoV blade, thin, deep hollow ground, and Zytel scales. Under $20, so get 2.

What you need for THIS duty is a Victorinox Classic. Scissors is a win, locking blade is unnecessary.
Only real downside I see to that is the nail nick. I didn’t mention it in the original post but one-hand opening would be a plus.

Buck Bantam 284. Just over $20 retail. 2.75” stainless steel locking blade, one hand opening, and has a lanyard hole.
