I think the top RCC is a Hard Chrome finish and bottom RCC is Stonewashed.

Hope this isn't classified as "chatting" but I received a PM saying TNK &
Steel Addiction knives had an RCC like the one in question on their websites.
It appears to be CPMS30V-Satin Finish.
