For your consideration is a Smith & Wesson Combat Masterpiece Model 15 No Dash .38 Spl revolver that was shipped in March 1959. First the good: the revolver's timing and lock up are spot on and there is no end shake, over rotation, or hammer push off. The bore & chambers are spotless, and the grips are numbered to the revolver. There is no wear on the extractor rod indicating that the revolver was carried but not fired much at all. The not so good are a bit of blue loss at the muzzle and front edges of the cylinder and some blue loss on one area of the cylinder. Also, the front sideplate screw is buggered and there are some minor scratches evident. All of the flaws can be seen in the pictures but, in person, the flaws are less extreme than the pictures would indicate. I do not have the box, paperwork, or tool kit. If you're looking for a solid shooter rather than a mint safe queen, this one is for you.
I have priced it very reasonably at $600.00 shipped. I much prefer shipping to your FFL using www.shipmygun.com but I can also ship FFL to FFL if necessary or directly to you if you have a valid C&R license.
