Smoke needed for my Pops

He started having trouble breathing last weekend and kept putting off going to the doctor.
I made him go (took him) Wednesday afternoon. Doc said, go to the ER, your lung is full of fluid.

Our (mine and Jason's (2BKC)) Dad was just diagnosed with Stage III lung cancer. Don't know if it's small cell or non small cell yet. Like it really matters.
Has an appointment with the oncologist next week to determine what can be done.

I hate this. :mad:

Im sorry to hear about your situation. I know how you feel. My Father lost his battle, of three years , last august. He never smoked a day in his life. Smoke and prayers will be coming your way. Never give up hope.
 
Talked with him a couple of hours tonight at his house.
He seemed calm about it. A little scared I think.
He saw a lung specialist before he left the hospital and he told him he's seen much worse cases do just fine.
Made him feel a little better. Me too.

We'll see next week what the options are and go on from there. Been a helluva tough week on the family.
