Smoke needed for my Pops

Not good news but it could be worse.
Only giving up is really a curse.
Looking forward soon to a better day,
sending prayers for life and health anyway.
 
Smoke goin up from Oregon for all....
Hopefully they will be able to treat it successfully, and he can get on with his life
 
My Dad's local doctor called today to let him know some news so far.
Left lung is eaten up. Right lung has a couple of small tumors already.

Looks like he's got a few months left.

I am very sorry to hear about this. I've had a few family members and friends battle with cancer. Prayers for you and your family.

I hope that some day they find a cure for all cancers, though it will likely be after my lifetime. Still, what they can do now is often amazing.

Be there for your Dad and get as involved with him now as he will allow. Help him thru the bad time by reminding him of the good times.

Thanks for the kind words and prayers folks. Very much appreciated.

We'll know more after next Thursday when he visits with the "specialists" to see what options he has available.

I've worked with my Pops full time since '92. He sat right next to me either in the office or out making sales calls.
I bet we've ridden a million miles together.
The whole family has been keeping a positive attitude which projects a better mental attitude in my Dad.
