I like Smoky Mountain Knife Works. I've gotten some very nice deals from them, and I've never had a problem, including on a return.
But their catalog is full of Frost knives! and the occasional typo or outright error ... and their website is down too much. But I've also never had a problem ordering online, which is how I deal with them now. It's just frustrating that the site is hard to access, but hang in there! When it works, they've got a great slection and a lot of incredible prices.

Their website is crap. Not the contents, the software. If you're lucky enough to get it to come up, half the time you get database errors while it's looking things up. Too bad, as they do have some deals. Where else can you get a thumbstud for a Buck 110?
