Today was a AWESOME day in the T.M.Hunt shop. There was never a single piece of equipment turned on, but every once in a while, the stars align and shit just unexpectedly happens. Had a cool visit today, Thats about all I can say for that except, Thanks Murph for setting it up and bringing the expensive beer!

Was just looking at KC's 2015 preorders and saw some interesting stuff... Simple carbon steel designs coming out of crkt, kinda interesting. Benchmade is releasing some simple 1095 woods blades with plastic handles and leather sheaths for around 100 bucks. A Bowie and a (if I remember) Bolo, they remind me a lot of a BK9/BK4. Little more interesting... But I think the most interesting is the CPM 3V Master Hunter from Cold Steel for around a Benjamin. Definitely going to have to check that out... Also hopefully the Becker Khuk, and some KA-BAR EK will be available soon....

On a more serious note, looks like Toronto has five confirmed cases of measles. There seems to be no connection between the cases, which suggests that the disease is circulation in the city. In three of the four cases original cases, the individuals had not been vaccinated against the disease. In the fourth case, the person received only one dose of the double-dose vaccination. No details yet about the person who has just contracted the disease.
For what it's worth, measles was thought to have been eliminated in Ontario.
