My wife just won an Ipad from her holiday party on Friday.
She's pretty stoked. Now our laptop is all mine! LOL

Lowe's always seems to have a better selection of tools than that other Home store...
You lucky dog. What are you leaning towards?
 
Here's a couple of customs finally finished ready to go out for X-mas. Glad to get this two out of the shop. One offs take a lot of time.

Damn Todd, that drop point is stunning. How is it that your handle work is that good aaand your grinds are that good. Its really not fair that you can be that good at both at the same time ..lol
 
Thanks guys............Thorny........I can answer that question...........first of all not only do I make knives but I use them. I WANT A COMFORTABLE KNIFE......PERIOD........one of my pet peeves is knives that are good knives and beautifull knives but not comfortable. What's the point? As far as the grinds. Practice practice practice. There's about 15 years of knife grinding experience in the grinds on my knives and I can honestly tell you that only in the last couple of years have I finally said to myself............yeah dude, you finally got it!

Had plans to get some swamp hiking in today but it's been pouring down all day. Tornado watch now with warnings right behind it. Been entirely too warm this week.
 
Crazy ass weather. Been raining here all day as well.

Todd, those are absolutely breathtaking knives.
If I were like Murph and lived close, I'd be in there drinking your beer too in hopes that some of your knowledge and skill would get passed along.
