That's the platoon marching up the range.

Feels good to shower.

the eagle thing sadly is not real. not precisely a hoax - just a master class prank from the montreal school of animation :)

Felt a little bit of temptation to get in on that Busse Ganza goin on tonight. Those Fusion Steel Hearts look great and I'm sure they are as tough of a large chopper you can buy, but when it comes down to it, I just can't see myself using a 5/16ths thick blade that weighs almost 30 ounces.

It would still be kind of nice to try one out though.

They look nice but too rich for my blood

they had some nice stuff in this ganzaa - and I wish I could afford an fsh or 2, but it's the wrong past of the pay cycle.
$90 for the elmax 460 was REAL tempting, even so.

So, decided NO on the kel-tech PF9. I shot it and just didn't like it much. However I did put a down payment on a Ruger LC-9. I'm gonna see if they have the Crimson Trace when I go pick it up. If not, I'll probably end up with the LaserMax. I wish the price difference on the three lines wasn't SO extravagant. It's roughly $80 per level.

Post pics upon purchase CB! I'm still (very meagerly) saving up for my first pistol, with all of the Xmas expenses like presents and such my gun fund kind of got depleted but hopefully I'll get this new job and get some more cash rolling in soon. Still can't decide on my first pistol, I want a .22 that doesn't look like a target pistol and is very reliable, from what I've been looking at these features are mutually exclusive

That the same one you had before Moose or is it a different one?

A friend of mine has the S&W M&P 22 and I can highly recommend it. He has well over 1,000 rounds through it and has only had a few FTE, almost all of them with the same ammo (Remmington gold bullets mostly, I believe).

It's very similar to the nice ergos of the full size M&P's and it's a blast to shoot. I would take it over the Walther P22 any day.

You can get an M&P 22 for about $350, sometimes less.
