What in the world happened to the postal prices? granted its been a while since i needed to ship something but 20 bucks for a priority box is crazy.
 
Nice jeep. i love jeeps. had a couple older ones thru the years myself. i love being able to drop the top and get dirty or head to the beach. i dont like how easy it is for someone to unzip your window or "top" from the outside and get into your car. i never felt comfortable leaving anything in my jeep. but not many vehicles look as good as a jeep with some nice tires to me.
 
Sweet new ride. Great engine in your old truck but I'd rather have the TJ. Step up IMO.

they came out with flat rate boxes for that -- up to 70 pounds "if it fits, it ships".
also, buying/printing shipping labels from their website drops another buck or 2 off the price plus gets you free DC.
 
Yea i used a large flat rate box which was 15 something. added a couple hundred in insurance and a dcn made it 19 something.

The postal worker lady commented on Moose's address, LMAO she said it sounded like a make believe fairytale address.

I would print the postage just to save time in the long a$$ line but my printer is out of ink. anyone else notice that now a days you can get a printer for the same price as the ink?

A couple months ago i won a cheap new HP printer on the bay for a quarter and 5 bucks shipping.
 
That's why I use laser printers. Way better cost per print.

Nice trade on for the Jeep, Todd. I've been thinking about selling our Durango R/T and finding a Cherokee to replace it with. We certainly don't need 5.9l V8 to pull a small camper and only run around town.
 
Been busy, hunting, working, sleeping, fixin stuff, etc. No deer for me yet, but I have high hopes for a nice one still. Saw a few this morning, but nothing that I could shoot at. Got the new Black Ops game the other day and its fun, but their servers suck and haven't been working very well. Gonna try play a bit now if it will actually let a match start. Later

well first thing im gonna do is slap one of my M-18 bumper stickers on it.:D Maybe this winter if time permits id like to fab my own custom bumpers and a rack for my kayaks. wouldnt mind a full sized spare and some more lighting. but nothing to radical. Its ny new daily driver.

thats the one thing i dont like about the soft tops. but I think I'll be parking this one in the garage. its got a locking console, but thinking about mounting a locking box in the rear as well.
