Got cleared to run again [emoji106] still cant lift my arm past my shoulder without pain, but there is progress to be had! The road to recovery is a long and boring one. Time to get back to some activity!

Thanks guys. To be honest, I never knew her. My wife and I have been married for 9 years, together for 11. Her mom had it 7 years before we even got together. When we first started dating, I heard her say a sentence, but that was it. I heard her say words here and there, but that was about it.
 
Sorry to hear it Warrior. Alzheimer's is just an awful thing.

I can't imagine how hard it is to lose a spouse after 70 years.
