Mine came used and the sheath was a little beat up, no belt clip (heard they suck anyway) or whistle. I wouldn't have even been looking for one, Dubz, if you hadn't posted pics of yours, so I blame (thank) you. Got a bungee with a whistle end holding the ferro now, may change that and figure out a different belt loop. Gotta start working on the sheath for my 2; been checking out that thread you posted a while ago about your OD green custom job which by the way, still looks sweet.

I don't care much for the belt clip myself. I like danglers anywhos. I was thinking of just adding a d-ring to it, and some leather, or possibly some nylon webbing.

Well that was quick, haha. Took me longer to take the photos and upload them. Ring is too big, but still:

Here's what the belt clip looks like:

Damn, I ain't even got my materials out yet - right now I have an aftermarket metal clip connected by a Chicago screw, which is functioning kinda like a short dangler cause it attaches at the bottom - the clip is just hard to put on and take off, and before I loctite the screw I'm gonna explore some other options. Dubz, ibet you've already posted again while I typed this...

Make a longer sentence with every word starting with P.

These metal water bottle carriers make such a great alternative to the plastic canteen of the past in that, if necassary, one could boil more water in them.

Hydration bladders are great but they don't boil well either lol.

To the prepared man, strapping a couple of these to your belt and pack present the best option.

Plus I'm always so damn sweaty and dehydrated, I'll never go thirsty again. Can't wait to bring these fishing..

Granite, I was asking about the tops and becker sheath sheath because someone asked in general discussion.

I knew we had the knowledge within this groug to resolve the thread quickly :)

So many normal questions could be so much better handled if you just ask the beckerheads :D lol

I was thinking of doing something similar, but I don't like things on my side like that. I don't like when my arms swing into something on my side.

It actually wears very well, my arm doesn't hit it and for the most part it doesn't snag.

Its also MOLLE compatible with horizontal PALs webbing stitched to the back and Vertical button snaps for atachement, I'm using them on my belt and running through loops on my pack.

Actually pulled out some purple ostrich skin upholstery pleather that I'm trying to figure out how to turn into a pimped out sheath fit for the King. Make of it what you will.
WW® ~ your wood is on the way ~ Thor's Day ± say the Blue Couriers.

I love BF & the Beckerheads, but I just can't snark anymore - I gotta go..... make something.

Been busy all day working on a playhouse for my little princess.
Beardlove has been helping out and we're making good progress.

Sweet man thank you very much bro!!

Jonny thats looking great man! I bet she is going to love it, look forward to seeing how it finishes up!

hey jonny looks awesome !!! a little late now but in the future for small things like that you can eliminate the ridge line and cut your osb to the 4/12 pitch and staple the rafters together(like a triangle in the middle), very strong and super fast roofing system no doubt....

my kids miss their playhouse and with limited room here have promised them a tree house...
