Well thought I might share my most recent addition SYKCO 311... nice little stout blade. Like it so much I made a simple, heavily waxed leather slip sheath for it.

I had to delete a bunch of music temporarily to get it installed. It's laggy at times on the unnamed iPad generation (should've been 3...ended up being "new").

I shared a 21-yr-old bottle of Crown Royal with a friend who found it in the basement of the bar he was working at, that was pretty dang good. After a certain point though, how much better can it possibly get? What's the point of diminishing returns, 20 years? 40? 100?

Not that it matters much to me... for $17K I could buy a Cashen or Fisk bowie and still have enough left over for about 700 bottles of my regular...

I think these are aged in the barrel for 60 years.. I know the 18 year old version is about as smooth as I have ever had.
 
Man, I'd avoid that Costco like the plague!

I get nervous pushing my cart around the 30 bottles on Dom Perignon (at $100/each) they have sitting out, lol.

$17,000 is a little outa my price range unless it has 4x4 and a 5-year loan.
