I was in the kitchen and decided to rip a big one with my oldest daughter behind me, who is 2 1/2. She loudly proclaimed daddy pooped! Then she tryst to check my butt for poop... That is all

Sweet man, Ill be talking with you even more soon :D

Makes sense, and im sure it would be much quicker as well. Thank you for all the answers and the information, i appreciate you taking the time to help me out.

You're welcome. I think I'm going to ban you now though. :D

Hey Derek. I been thinking about breakfasts at the gathering, what if after chopping the taters, be par boil them before hitting them on the griddle? Would probably help them cook quicker without burning the smaller stuff.

Would it be like, estimated of course, 40 once for CAD, then 20-40 for each blank? or 40 cad for each and 20-40 cutout each as well?

The guy to ask is Mark at Leading Edge Fab (waterjet company). He goes by "H2Oknife" and has a subforum here on BFC. I haven't worked with them yet but they have a good reputation. Here is their thread on how to get a quote.

If you have other questions, email me at james@terrioknives.com and I will try to point you in the right direction as far as steel suppliers, HT and so forth. For 5-10 blanks, like Todd and Crimson said, I kinda doubt that WJ is the way to go, but it doesn't hurt to ask. Remember, someone is still going to have to grind the bevels... I've been through these kinda projects before and it gets real pricy real quick when the profiling, grinding and HT are all done at separate shops. The shipping alone can kill you.

Id love to have ya Terrio, were always running short on beer swiggin, smartasses around here, Murph and I could could use the help representin. :D the commute might suck for you though.

Who said anything about commuting? Just string up a hammock in the corner and throw some food at me once in a while. Be warned though... I might just sneak some stainless into one of your batches, mwahahahah... :D

We just used the premade ready to go hashbrowns at the last one. Worked just fine. Nothing was burnt except for maybe a few spots of eggs here and there when people got distracted.

Ah, I missed this year so I didn't know that! That does seem like it would cut down on a lot of the prep work though. I was making food for pops for breakfast (and taking pictures) and realized my onions were cooking a LOT faster than the taters so I was thinking out problem solving while I cooked.

I'm trying to decide if I should trade my second unmolested Saber 16 for a bk2. I don't have a 2 but I have 2 bk16 sabers.

You should... After I have a BK2 to trade you for it. :D

Worldwood might be interested in it. I believe he was pining over one the other day.

The two is one of those knives I'm not sure I really want. It might just be the meds talking but yeah. I keep seeing it and it doesn't look like something I want but it is something somewhere in my subconcious it keeps saying I need.

Which means if i buy you a new BK2 you will send me the bk16?????

Not trying to deal steal you WW, I wouldnt do that to you. Of its something he actually wanted to do, IDC if the 16 is saber or not so we could all trade knivesround robin style
