Speak for yourself! I find the crunchy, heavily-seasoned bits very enjoyable. I've been known to subsist on a diet of nothing but condiments for weeks at a time, when I was too broke to afford meat. I've also been known to enjoy essentially untouched meat that was hurriedly walked past a hot flame, so take my opinion for whatever it's worth.

Seriously, that looks lovely :thumbup:

Also, Eagle Rare 10-yr-old bourbon is pretty nice. Especially for the price.
