Forgot that I have one of those also. I've had to epoxy the rod back into the handle a couple of times. I have gotten rid of most of the knives, with the exception of the steak knife set. The steak knives at least hold up wall and sharpen nicely, and they are not serrated.....not a fan of serrated steak knives.

I think we only have 2 of the steak knives left, but I agree... they're pretty decent. We use them more like paring knives, for prep stuff. I don't like serrated knives either. The 10" chef's knife is well-ground and balanced, but it's too big for my taste... I like an 8" chef's knife better.

Sorry, I've been thinking and studying up on kitchen knives and knife skills all morning... :o
