Awesome Videos WW! and congrats on the yuma score!

I've been messing with sharpening and I still cant get my knives that sharp. They pop the hair off my arm but don't clean shave. Great way to thin the sweater.... Also when going through paper (news print) they will do about a 4 inch slice but then stop to rip (could be my technique?). I'm thinking I need to buy a strop and compound. Normally I use a stone up to 600 grit to get shape, then polish on an angled dowel up to 2500grit.
