Haha I am surprised you remember that. :D

I really enjoyed doing that. Most of the time I get it out, my whole arm is sore from using by the end of the day. Without a doubt my favorite Becker.

Most definitely. Used and abused, it is my favorite farm tool.

Perhaps to be upstaged by the new M-18.

the only good thing is I can order stuff at 4 am pacific time over in the east side of the USA and get it a day or two earlier than if i wait to order it mid-day.

Went for a nice long walk with the family today. My son asked me for a camp fire so I build one in the back yard fire bowl while I bbq'd. All in all a good day. I think I may go to bed early and take wee man up north for some trigger time tomorrow. His first time on a real gun (his savage jr. .22). As always the BK2 will be along for the ride!

Almost as fast as plans were made plans are unmade! My hormonal pregnant wife broke down crying at the fact that she doesn't believe that her son is ready for a day of shooting. He has only been getting good instruction by 2 certified firearms instructors while using air rifles for 5months... but hey mom's know best. So it looks like a day of not doing fun things tomorrow. Maybe I'll take the opportunity to sleep in......

Might as well just roll with it and have a couple of beers since you won't be getting up early. ...everything in it's own time, I guess. That's how it goes with kids, in my experience.

Enjoying some Sierra Nevada and a dying fire made possible by my newly reconfigured Machax. Thanks daizee. It was a really great idea.
 
Seriously. We might not finish 'til tomorrow. I've been busy drinking some of Sierra Nevada's finest and sitting by the fire. Snark will be OK.
