On another note, anyone that is "unsatisfied" with the amount of space the ESEE pouch provides should look into the Madpedition Volta. That thing is as close to perfect for a low profile high capacity pouch as I have seen for a knife sheath ever. Got mine on my 16 sheath and it is PERFECT. I'll do a thread on it once I get the rest of my goodies in.

I have that same Primus pot (front middle, red letters), I like it especially for the price and it's pretty lightweight. Picked mine up for under $13.

Worked every bit as well as my friend's Snow Peak on a 5 day trip.

Picked up some BBQ today on the way home. Got a rack of ribs. Cut into 3 bone sections. Deep fried 2 of them for supper. Gonna strip one of them for meat for breakfast. One of the grillmasters (read as: owners of the place) told me how he does omelettes which is rib meat and salsa and cheddar. I'm gonna add green onions.

Don't usually talk about stuff like this, but it's so wild I have to share. Got a call today that my mother had fallen and was being taken to the ER. Met the ambulance there and sure enough she'd split the back of her head open when she hit the bathroom sink. After a CT scan, the Doc came in and said no brain bleed or broken bones. Then the weird part. He asked if mom had ever been treated for a broken back. "Never, why do you ask?" Well at some time in the past twenty years she has broken her back. Twice. Both times healed pretty well though.

Stapled her up and back to the home. "I better not miss supper".

I dropped a bag of change off at the coinstar machine at the grocery store and got an amazon gift card burning a hole in my pocket so let's hear it. The khaki ones look like they're just about the same color as the tweener sheaths.
