Happy New Year! Just had my cereal and am about to make coffee. Going to punch 2015 square in the mouth with a 4 or 5 mile run. Then it'll be time to get pot of greens on the stove, and while they cook, I'm going to do some yard work and maybe catch a little of the Rose Bowl parade with the kids. Going to sharpen all the kitchen knives (have two more Ka-Bar kitchen knives on the way) today and do a bit of organization in the house. Then it'll be time for some football.

On New Year’s Eve, Daniel was in no shape to drive, so he sensibly left his van in the car park and walked home. As he was wobbling along, he was stopped by a policeman. ‘What are you doing out here at four o’clock in the morning?’ asked the police officer.
‘I’m on my way to a lecture,’ answered Roger.

‘And who on earth, in their right mind, is going to give a lecture at this time on New Year’s Eve?’ enquired the constable sarcastically.

‘My wife,’ slurred Daniel grimly.
 
Lol, happy new year. I'm excited about it. I just ate a sandwitch and getting ready to head out to the shop. Until then though im setting here contemplating whats normal and not normal about this new year, for example, I only drank 4 beers last night and was in bed by 11:00 p.m. thats not normal. However, I still couldn't give a shit less about the Kardashian's that IS normal.

My question is... Who is Roger?

From what i can make of it, Daniel is the drunk man walking home. But "Roger" is the one to say he is on the way to a lecture. So that means there are 3 men in the story. And my question is, who is this Roger, and why is Roger going to a lecture at Daniel's house that late at night? And does Roger and Daniel plan to invite the police officer back to this lecture too since it seems to be a free for all on Daniel's wife???

Inquiring, hungover minds want to know.

I was the last one awake here at around 3am.

As far as Kim Kardashian goes..... Who needs her. I got my own sexy latina with a nice big booty to deal with.
 
Happy new years everyone! There's a family feud brewing up after the death of my cousin at the gathering yesterday morning. Not sure what is going on but there's a lot of finger pointing at everybody from everybody..
 
Managed to make it to midnight - just barely. Maybe it's middle age, but I'm kind of stunned that it's 2015. Nothing really magical about that number, just seems like we're solidly in the 21st century now. Which was somehow inevitable and yet surprising.

Now to go shopping for new clothes...

not as difficult as I expected - and a lot more forgiving process than making bread.
 
I had Nick, of NixCustoms make a leather tomahawk loop holster for me some time ago. I wanted it to have a 2" diameter, which honestly, was too big. Nick even thought so at the time, but, that's what I wanted. I sold the tomahawk some time back, but kept the loop. Fast forward to today. I got the Roselli axe for Christmas, which has a thicker handle than the tomahawk, and fits the loop holster like it was made for it. I knew I had it made big for a reason, haha. :thumbup:

That sounds pretty interesting. Do you buy a starter to get the right bacteria going, or what? You'd think I would know more about it, being from WI and all, but I never studied it... just ate it. And cut it, of course :o
