I have way too many pictures, and they lack organization as well, making finding the ones I'm looking for an interesting game of guessing and unreliable memory recall. I wish I would devote the man hours necessary to address this....personality flaw, as I see it.....but I won't, probably. It's just too big a project to wrap my head around. Ahhhh, ADD.
 
Crunchy socks for packing material... I may have to borrow that idea.

I threw a dirty sock at my wife recently... Turned into a wrestling match, that turned into......Well more fun LOL.. But i got a great wife. She knows how to handle me.

I wont let him do much of anything in my shop without glasses on. I also make him where a respirator when he sweeps the floor.
However, he did not have hearing protection on in the lathe pics. My lathe is gear driven and as long as your feeds and speeds are right, its not loud. Probably not a bad idea, but at the same time I want to make sure he hears what im telling him to. My wife could tell you how many sleepless nights I had when he was younger and I worried about him wrapping himself up in one of my peices of equipment because he got curious and tried them out behind my back. So, I'm trying to guide him as safely as I can.

I've always been intrigued with the sebenza. I handled one at a gun show a while back. I didn't inspect it with the critical eye of some, but it was just another well built knife to me. Couldn't see it as substantially better than other well built folders that are less coin, but that's me. I don't think I could ever pay the price, when I could get a nice custom fixed blade for the same money.
