I'm a knife maker now. I'm more active here again. I just had a gaw for one of my danglers. I mean other than that I'm still pretty awesome.
 
Got to get out for an early season teal hunt this morning.


Saw zero teal, but I did get to watch the sunrise.

Anyone else notice that between Jerry's post yesterday and Dunk's post today we went more than 24 hours without snark?
 
the husqvarna carpenters axe is a pretty freaking great tool for the $50ish, and almost everything the Les Stroud axe is, for 1/3 the money. pro tip. good heavy axe head, beard, short handle. damn good.

get some.

too many axes, but at the same time, not enough :D

The Husqvarna carpenters axe is one if the few axes I long for. It looks like such a handy looking tool.

I've fondled that one several times. And several times more. Wasn't sure about the narrow head. If I knew I could split some smaller rounds with it, I'd have snapped it up.
