Forecast here looks beautiful for the 4th!! This will be the first 4th I've had off in 3 years, so I'm pretty pumped. Not quite sure what I'm going to do, but I'll definitely find something. What are everyone's plans for the 4th?
 
I'm having to work. The ONLY nice part, I'm working at the Fair St. Louis so I will have PERFECT seats for the fireworks!

It is my Grandmother's ninety-second birthday, getting all the family together at the ranch to celebrate. Growing up, my grandmother would make everyone a homemade carrot cake for their birthday. A few years back I got the recipe from her so every year I make her a carrot cake from scratch. It is the best damn cake you have ever had.. probably about 1000 calories per bite, lol. Also hoping to do some shooting and take a walk around the property. Our company surprised us with Friday off too, so going to try to get in trouble over the 4 day weekend or "BEERFEST" 2013 as I am calling it.

getting up early, tossing chainsaws in the back of the truck and driving to Wichita (165 miles) to drop a trio of dead trees, chop then up and toss them on the trailer, then driving home.

I had plans to shoot this thingy during the festivities 2moro...... I ordered plenty of time in advance....... It still hasn't left their facility even though it says 24-48 hour shipping... ARGGGG

Now ill get it after the 4th.... Im sure ill still play with it, but it kind of ruins my fun for the 4th..... i wanted to shoot people shooting fireworks..... (joke)

pirate hat, cannon, and my kayak lmao. I shall rule the rivers!!!



Regardless i think it was 40 bucks well spent, if i get it. It Looks like fun. And really cheap to shoot.
