Snarkin' in the USA.....

I want a good first aid kit but not one I can buy from the store.. any medics or firefighters with real fist aid resorces pm me.
 
I need a little help here. Or probably a miracle.
My mom is going to have surgery tomorrow. They are going to remove her gallbladder because of cancer. The doctors are 90% sure its cancer but not sure if it has spread. Her surgeon is the best in Dallas for this type of operation but he doesn't seem to be very optimistic.
Anyway, smoke & prayers if you got em.

Thanks Silverthorn. She's ok right now, just resting. But tomorrow will be different I'm sure.

RK. My wife and I have been together since 1994. She is hearing impaired and has had terrible migraine headaches most all of her life. I remember when we was just engadged and she was seeing a doctor for the problems she was having with her head. We had 3 different doctors tell us they thought it was a brain tumor. AND to not expect good results. My mother at the same time hade a lump on one of her breast, she had already had a bought with breast cancer and we was told by the doctor that it was probably back and to expect a terrible fight this time around. here it is 2013, and they (my Mom and my wife) are still telling me everyday how to be a better man. ;) I wouldn't have it any other way, My point is. and I cant speak for all doctors, but I think the lot of them give you the worse case scenerio right off the bat so things get easier through out the process instead of harder. keep the faith man, be supportive to your mom, and pray, that's all you can do. but I for one second would not put faith in doom and gloom news fro the dr. Keep your head up brother, we'll be prayin for ya! let me know if theres anything we can do for you!

I'm here with her now and we're all doing our best to stay positive. I've got my daughter with me and my wife is out running errands. All 3 of my brothers and their families have been here and we've always been our best when we're together.
I'll check in again tonight or tomorrow. Thanks Again.

RK I'm praying for your mom's complete recovery and for a miraculous work to be done, and will be expecting nothing less than a victory report tomorrow...

So far, this new Netgear modem is kicking the old Lynksys modem's ass. Fingers crossed this condition stays the same.
