Salary sucks. I get paid hourly. Christmas and Easter are the only times I'm allowed OT.
 
I'm a salary exempt paid employee. It definitely has its ups and downs, just as being an hourly employee does too. I can take off for a dentist appointment and lay out sick, but still get my weekly paycheck. Not so much for hourly. I could get paid overtime, but instead, my manager lets me off early whatever hours I worked over that week.
